Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children, 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, dine at 50% off regular menu’s prices except for kid’s menu. An extra person’s charge applies for existing bedding or an extra bed, subject to availability.
• An extra person’s charge with full board supplement (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for children, 4 to 12 years, is USD 106.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.

Other Information

• • Return speedboat transfer charge is USD 124.00 per person, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes. Children, 4 to 12 years are 50% off.
• Return speedboat private charter will be $375 per way, subject to 10% service charge and prevailing taxes.
• The resort does not offer facilities for children.  It is not recommended for families with children under 5 years of age.  Allowing children to stay in the villas will be at the discretion of the parents.

Cancellation Policy

• A 1 night deposit will be charged within 48 hours of booking which is refundable if cancelled prior to the cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.

• Roundtrip Airport-Hotel-Airport transfers is available at USD 145.00 per car, up to 4 persons. Rate is inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Due to the villa’s layout, maximum occupancy for Valley View Pool Villa, Oceanfront Pool Villa, Ocean View Pool Villa and Pool Villa by the Rocks is 2 persons. Maximum occupancy for Ocean View Spa Pool Villa and Spa Pool Villa by the Rocks is 3 persons.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Peak Period - Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
• Long Weekend Period (13-16 September 2013, 15-18 November 2013, 20-27 December 2013 (All dates inclusive)) – Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
