General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Renminbi (RMB) on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 15% Service Charge and Government Tax.
• Check-in time is 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is RMB 700.00 per person per night, subject to 15% Service Charge and Government Tax.
• No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a cancellation charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a  baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.

Other Information

• Pudong International Airport  transfer is available at RMB 800.00 inclusive of 15% Service Charge and Government Tax (BMW 523 Li) per car per way up to 2 persons. Benz Viano is also available at RMB 900.00 inclusive of 15% Service Charge and Government Tax per van per way up to 3 persons.
• Hongqiao International Airport transfer is available at RMB 600.00 inclusive of 1 5% Service Charge and Government Tax (BMW 523 Li) per car per way up to 2 persons. Benz Viano is also available at RMB 700.00 inclusive of 15% Service Charge and Government  Tax per van per way up to 3 persons.
• Please notice that smoking at any of the non –smoking rooms a cleaning fee of RMB600.00 will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
