General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per villa per night basis
• Rates are inclusive of 18.7% Service Charge and Prevailing Government Tax
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day. 
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 7,500 per person per night, inclusive of 18.7% Service Charge and Prevailing Government Tax
• No pets are allowed
• Maximum of 2 children below the age of 12, who stay with parents, will stay free of charge. Guests with accompanying child/children below the age of 12 years shall undertake to complete the liability disclaimer form upon check in at the resort
• Bedding for children, using the existing day bed, is complimentary. 1 Extra bed is provided subject to availability.
• Children up to the age of 3 dine for free for buffet meals with accompanying adult dining in. Children aged between 4-12 years old enjoys a 50% discount on all buffet meal rates.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
