Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Renminbi (RMB) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is RMB 677.00 per person per night, inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• One child below 12 years old, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments:
  • A baby cot can be arranged for child below 2 years old or sofa bed may be reserved for child between 2 to 12 years old with our compliments, subject to availability.
  • Child below 4 years old enjoys complimentary breakfast at our breakfast restaurant. 50% off our regular breakfast menu will be offered for child between 4 to 12 years old. This discount is not applicable for kids’ menu.

Other Information

• Airport transfer is available at RMB 350.00 per car per way, up to 3 persons. Rate is inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Land transfer from Banyan Tree Ringha to Banyan Tree Lijiang is available at RMB 1,800.00 per car per way, up to 3 persons. An additional fee of RMB 510.00 is applicable for a stopover at Tiger Leaping Gorge (excluding tour guide and entrance fees). Rates are inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Land transfers must be booked in advance. Reservation is subject to availability upon request.
• Our resort does not accept payment by traveler’s cheque.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Peak Period (November to March excluding below stipulated Public Holidays and Golden Weeks): Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure will be subject to a 1-night charge.
• Peak Period (April to October excluding below stipulated Public Holidays and Golden Weeks): Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure will be subject to a 1-night charge. 
• Public Holidays and Golden Weeks: 30 April – 3 May, 10 – 12 June, 19 – 21 September, 30 September – 6 October 2013, 31 December 2013 – 1 January 2014, 31 January – 6 February, 4 – 6 April and 18 – 20 April 2014 (all dates inclusive) - Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival date, including no-show and early departure will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
• For Early Bird Bookings – Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
