General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Renminbi (RMB) on a per room per night basis
• Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax 
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to rooms availability
• Late check-out from 1200 hours - 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• Late check-out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted

• Early Departure – 100% charge will apply to early departures.

• Extra person surcharge:

1. Adult: RMB 677nett per person per night (includes sofabed and breakfast, Tibetan Hotpot dinner will be at RMB 368nett per person, Afternoon Tea at RMB 175nett per person and 3-course set lunch at RMB 230nett per person)
2. One child below 12 years: Sofabed can be arranged complimentary upon request. Complimentary breakfast will be offered for child age 3 and below. Buffet breakfast will be charged at RMB 109nett per day for child between 4 to 12 years old. All other benefits are not included.

• One child below 12 years old, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments:
  • A baby cot can be arranged for child below 2 years old or sofa bed may be reserved for child between 2 to 12 years old with our compliments, subject to availability.
  • Child below 4 years old enjoys complimentary breakfast at our breakfast restaurant. 50% off our regular breakfast menu will be offered for child between 4 to 12 years old. This discount is not applicable for kids’ menu.

Other Information

• Airport transfer is available at RMB 350.00 per car per way, up to 3 persons. Rate is inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Land transfer from Banyan Tree Ringha to Banyan Tree Lijiang is available at RMB 1,800.00 per car per way, up to 3 persons. An additional fee of RMB 510.00 is applicable for a stopover at Tiger Leaping Gorge (excluding tour guide and entrance fees). Rates are inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Land transfers must be booked in advance. Reservation is subject to availability upon request.
• Our resort does not accept payment by traveler’s cheque.
