General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a  baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.

Other Information

• Airport transfer is available at THB 2,200 (Benz E Class) or THB 2,700.00 (Benz S Class) per car per way, up to 3 persons. Passenger Van is also available at THB 1,700.00 per van per way, up to 6 persons. Rates are inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.

Cancellation Policy

• 15 January 2013 – 31 March 2013 (All dates inclusive) – Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
• 1 Apr – 31 October 2013 (Both dates inclusive) - Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
• 1 November – 26 December 2013 and 15 January 2014 – 31 March 2014 (All dates inclusive) – Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
• 27 December 2013 – 14 January 2014 (Both dates inclusive) – Cancellations made within 35 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay
• For Early Bird Advantage Bookings – Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
