• Complimentary night must be used in conjunction with initial stay
• Minimum length of stay is 4 nights
• This offer is inclusive of Full Board for up to 2 persons. 

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 8% Tourism Goods & Services Tax and USD 8.00 Maldivian Bed Tax per person per night. Taxes are subject to change according to local legislature.
• Check-in time is from 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1100 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1100 hours –1800 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be subject to a charge of 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with full board supplement (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is USD 212.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.
• All request on villa location or specific villas will be well received, however based on availability at time of arrival villas requests will be honored.
• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children, 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, dine at 50% off regular menu’s prices except for kid’s menu. An extra person’s charge applies for existing bedding or an extra bed, subject to availability.
• An extra person’s charge with full board supplement (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for children, 4 to 12 years, is USD 106.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.

• • Return speedboat transfer charge is USD 124.00 per person, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes. Children, 4 to 12 years are 50% off.
• Return speedboat private charter will be $375 per way, subject to 10% service charge and prevailing taxes.
• The resort does not offer facilities for children.  It is not recommended for families with children under 5 years of age.  Allowing children to stay in the villas will be at the discretion of the parents.

Cancellation Policy

• A 1 night deposit will be charged within 48 hours of booking which is refundable if cancelled prior to the cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
