• This offer is valid for stays from 17 April 2013 until 27 December 2013
• This offer is not valid from September 30 until October 06, 2013
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for this offer
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• Hotel credits are restricted for use during earned period of stay and cannot be used for other stays
• Hotel credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Hotel credits are not valid for Destination dining.
• This offer is based on full board

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 8% Tourism Goods & Services Tax and USD 8.00 Maldivian Bed Tax per person per night. Taxes are subject to change according to local legislature.
• Check-in time is from 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1100 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1100 hours –1800 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be subject to a charge of 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with full board supplement (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is USD 212.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.
• All request on villa location or specific villas will be well received, however based on availability at time of arrival villas requests will be honoured.
•  No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• A 1 night deposit will be charged within 48 hours of booking which is refundable if cancelled prior to the cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children, 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, dine at 50% off regular menu’s prices except for kid’s menu. An extra person’s charge applies for existing bedding or an extra bed, subject to availability.
• An extra person’s charge with full board supplement (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for children, 4 to 12 years, is USD 106.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.

Other Information

• Return transfer will be made by seaplane.  Banyan Tree Madivaru is located at the North Ari Atoll, approximately 46 kilometers away from Malé International Airport, and accessible by seaplane.
• Seaplane transfers are available daily at scheduled timing between 0600 hours and 1700 hours Malé time.  Please note that seaplane schedules are subject to change. Guests arriving after sunset will be required to stay at the Airport Hotel, or at a very special rate offered at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru.  Guests will be transferred to Banyan Tree Madivaru the following day via Malé International Airport.
• Return transfer charge for Madivaru varies through the season ranging from USD 350.00 to 500 per person. Fares are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes. Children, who are 2 - 11 years, are entitled to 50% discount of normal adult’s fare and 0-2 years will be free of charge.
• Check-in baggage allowance is 20 kg per paying passenger
• The resort does not offer facilities for children.  It is not recommended for families with children below 5 years.  Allowing children to stay in the villas will be at the discretion of the parents.

Cancellation Policy

• For Early Bird Advantage Bookings – Reservation is non-cancellable; a fully non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of the booking.
