• This offer is bookable from 1 May 2013 until 21 December 2013 (both dates inclusive)
• This offer is valid for stays from 1 May 2013 to 22 December 2013 (both dates inclusive)
• Minimum 2 consecutive nights stay is required
• The rates quoted are on per room per night based on the double occupancy only and the extra charge may occur for additional persons
• This offer is valid for Pool Villa -Sea View, Pool Villa -Seafront and Pool Villa-on-the-Rocks room categories only
• Advance reservation for spa and Blue Moon Dinner is required
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, Gift Certificates or vouchers

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• Non Peak Period - Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
• 1 – 31 August (Both dates inclusive) – Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.

• This offer is not valid from 01 Aug till 31^st Aug 2013 and 01 Oct till 10 Oct 2013
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for this offer
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• Hotel credits are restricted for use during earned period of stay and cannot be used for other stays
• Hotel credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Hotel credits are not valid for Destination dining.
• This offer is inclusive of 2 breakfasts per occupied bedroom.
