• This offer is open of bookings from 17 April 2013 until 28 December 2013
• This offer is valid for stays from 17 April 2013 until 30 December 2013
• This offer is not valid from 21 April 2013until 26 April 2013
• A minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is required for this offer
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• Hotel credits are restricted for use during earned period of stay and cannot be used for other stays
• Hotel credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Hotel credits are not valid for Destination dining.
• This offer is inclusive of up to 2 breakfasts per occupied bedroom.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 7.7% Prevailing Government Tax.
• Check-in time is from 1400 hours and Check-out time is up to 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 2,100.00 person per night, subject to 10 % Service Charge and 7.7% Prevailing Government Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
• Only one extra person is allowed in each room.
•  No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

•  Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night's prevailing  room rate
